It didn't take too long for them to get bored...
Unfortunately they spent many minutes this way... (especially Emily on the way back at the end of the jurney)
Luckily they had some sleep too. Of course Jonathan had a lot more, good for him!
So Emily had to be entertained most of the time.

She ate the most cheerios in her life. It's good she really likes them.

Ivona, This post is so entertaining. That is, from a non parent view. As I can only imagine how tough it was to travel such a long distance with two children..or 4 I should say! Thank goodness for snacks, books, & silly songs to make the miles go by!
Wow...glad to know you ALL survived! How nice to see Linnet and a bit of country. Don't forget to tour Seattle too *grin We've been sick for the last 2 weeks here and are sad we've missed meeting your family. Glad you're having fun!!
